Very knowledgeable, we had an oven range with a burner that wasn’t functioning properly. Mario was able to Diagnose the problem and get the oven range working like brand new. Thanks for the awesome work.

Experienced professionals are a joy to find and Jordan and Appliance Masters are both right up there. Our 10 year old side by side built-in Thermador refrigerator stopped cooling. Jordan solved and fixed the problem quickly. Informed us of our options & what he was doing to repair our fridge. Highly recommend Appliance Masters in Orange County.

In each of the past two occasions my appointment has to be rescheduled for an “emergency”. In each cast the next available date was three weeks later. This is unreasonable. Second, after I scheduled an appointment I still did not know whether the appointment would be in the morning or the afternoon. I then received a call from the robot the day before as to whether the appointment window was in the morning or the afternoon. So in my view in each case you forced me to block out the entire day. Ridiculous
I am sorry for the scheduling inconvenience. Glad to hear the repairs are completed. This covid crisis has led to never before seen demand. Unfortunately you experienced delays due to emergencies and the backlog made a quicker response difficult. Once again I am sorry and we will do better should there be a next time.
