Jaime was awesome! I was out of town during the service call and my wife had to take care of everything in my absence. After the service was completed my wife called me to tell me how great it went. Jaime ensured that every screw removed from our range was accounted for and returned to the exact place it came from. He made sure that the thermostat he was replacing was exactly in the right position to indicate the precise temperature setting. His attention to detail and professionalism were extraordinary. My wife said that his service was better than Nordstrom, and in my household, that is saying something! Customer service is a dying art in America these days but Jaime is a master of the art.
